Custom-order timing and returns

You’ll receive a proof for approval in approximately 1½ weeks. Your finished rug is expected to ship within three weeks of the request, provided the proof is approved promptly. Custom-size rugs are final sale except for confirmed production defects or shipping damage.

No payment is collected now. We’ll review your request and email you a secure Shopify checkout link. Your shipping address and payment information will be entered securely during checkout.

Yes. Vintage Vinyl® is waterproof and ideal for kitchens, entryways, dining areas, and other spill-prone spaces.

Does it require a rug pad?

No. The latex-padded backing is certified non-slip and designed to sit directly on your floor.

Can I order a custom size?

Yes. Custom widths are available up to 120 inches, with flexible lengths. Custom rounds and L-shapes are also available.

Is it safe for pets and children?

Yes. It is pet- and kid-friendly, hypoallergenic, and free of harmful phthalates.

How quickly will my rug arrive?

Standard sizes are made to order. Check the estimated timeline beside the purchase controls for your current delivery estimate.

How do I initiate a return?

Contact Monroe & Leisure within 30 days. Standard sizes are returnable; custom rugs are final sale. Return shipping is paid by the customer, original shipping is non-refundable, and orders over $500 carry a 15% restocking fee.
