Yes. Our vintage vinyl rugs are made in Pennsylvania and shipped from the USA.

What are vintage vinyl rugs made of?

They are made from durable two-ply vinyl with a latex-padded backing. They are low-profile, non-flammable, phthalate-free, and UV-resistant.

Do the rugs always lay flat?

Yes. The rugs ship rolled and typically lay flat shortly after being unrolled.

Are your vinyl rugs non-slip?

Yes. Our vintage vinyl rugs are certified non-slip and do not require a rug pad.

Do you offer custom sizes?

Yes. Many patterns can be made in custom sizes. Custom rugs are non-returnable once approved for production.

How do I clean my vintage vinyl rug?

Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap when needed. Avoid harsh cleaners, scrub brushes, dish soap, vacuums with beater bars, or abrasive tools.

Can vintage vinyl rugs be used outside?

They may be used outdoors only in covered or controlled outdoor areas. Direct exposure to harsh weather may wear the pattern over time.

Can they be used on hardwood or tile?

Yes. Vintage vinyl rugs are suitable for most flat indoor surfaces, including hardwood and tile. Use felt pads under furniture legs and avoid dragging heavy furniture across the surface.

Are they machine washable?

Ordering & Shipping

When will my order ship?

Most vintage vinyl rugs ship in approximately 2 weeks. Custom rugs may take longer depending on size, proof approval, and production timing.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Can I cancel my order?

Standard orders may be canceled before they ship. Custom orders cannot be canceled once the proof has been approved and production has started.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
