Are your Vintage Vinyl® floorcloths made in the USA?
Yes, our collections are made in Pennsylvania, USA, but we do not offer onsite pick-ups.
Do you have any store locations?
We sell exclusively online at the moment.
What are Vintage Vinyl® rugs actually made of?
Vintage Vinyl® floorcloths are made with two-ply vinyl that has latex-padded backing. It’s non-flammable, phthalate-free, and UV-resistant for up to three years.
Do rugs always lay flat?
Yes. Our collections come rolled and hold their shape well. Within a few minutes of being unrolled, your rug will lay flat until you decide to roll it again.
Do you offer custom sizes?
Yes, customizations are available.
Are your vinyl rugs non-slip?
Our Mosaic rugs, Persian Bazaar rugs, and other vintage rugs are all certified non-slip.
Can Vintage Vinyl® rugs be placed outside?
Yes, they are indoor/controlled outdoor rugs. We recommend that they’re placed under a covered patio or porch for ensured quality. Though fade-resistant in direct sunlight and durable against the elements, we recommend you adhere to the following instructions: if your floorcloth gets wet, allow the top to dry and flip it over for the other side to dry completely to prevent mold and warping; secure your floorcloth in place to prevent damage; and clean the space beneath the rug somewhat regularly.
Can Vintage Vinyl® be used on hardwood or tile floors?
Yes, Vintage Vinyl® is ideal for most flat surfaces. It will not damage or discolor hardwood floors. When used on tile with wide grout, please be aware that furniture legs or high heel shoes may puncture the floorcloth. Use caution! We do not recommend use on carpet, gravel, or any other uneven surface.
Can Vintage Vinyl® puncture or tear?
While Vintage Vinyl® is durable, it is not indestructible. Do not drag heavy furniture across it and be careful of stiletto heels or other sharp objects. Always use felt pads under table and chair legs.
How do I clean my Vintage Vinyl®?
Our vintage vinyl rugs are easy to clean. Simply wipe your Vintage Vinyl® with a damp cloth; you may use diluted hand soap on a cloth or sponge for more stubborn stains. Do not use floor cleaning chemicals, scrub brushes, or vacuums.
Ordering Information
When can I expect my order to ship?
Vintage mats typically ship within 2 weeks after your original order date. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or observed U.S. holidays. For faster shipping, visit our quick ship collection.
How do I check my order status?
To check the status of your order please email us at customerservice@mornoeandleisure.com. You may also fill out the contact form on our Contact Us page.
Please include your order number when asking us for order statuses! When your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a notification via email that includes tracking information. The tracking number(s) will also be available via your online account.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders that have been placed but NOT shipped may be canceled. For custom-made orders: once a proof has been approved the order is non-refundable and may not be canceled. For inquiries about canceling your order, please fill out the form on our Contact Us page. Please include as much detail as possible to ensure your order is canceled!
What should I do if I received the wrong item?
Should you receive the incorrect order, please submit a form on the Contact Us page indicating your name, order number, email, date of order, and the product you received. We will reach out to you on how to return the time received in error and guide you to getting your correct item ordered. You will not be responsible for shipping charges or the exchange of items.
What should I do if I am missing items from my order?
If your order arrives incomplete, please send us an email at customerservice@monroeandleisure.com or fill out the form on the Contact Us page. You will not be charged for the missing item or the shipping!
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Here at Monroe and Leisure, providing a quality product is of the utmost importance, and we are extremely apologetic about any damages. Damages must be reported within one week of receiving them!
Please fill out the form on our contact us page and include your name and order number, as well as a description of the damages and a photo, if possible. We will contact you with information on the replacement.

I forgot my password to log in. How can I request a new one?
