SHIPPING

From our Pennsylvania studio to your home.

Standard U.S. Shipping

Orders under $200: $15 flat-rate standard shipping.

Orders $200 and over: free standard shipping.

Production & Lead Times

Standard-size Vintage Vinyl Rugs: most ship in approximately 2 weeks.

Custom-size Vintage Vinyl Rugs: approximately 3–4 weeks after final details or proof approval.

Framed art: approximately 6–7 weeks.

Tracking

Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships. Carrier transit time begins after production is complete and is separate from the lead times above.

International Orders

International orders, including Canada, may be subject to additional shipping charges, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or carrier requirements. These charges are not included in the standard U.S. shipping offer unless specifically stated at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates shown on the site are estimates. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, and other circumstances outside our control may affect final delivery.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

30-Day Returns

Eligible standard items may be returned within 30 days. Merchandise must be returned in resalable condition.

Orders Over $500

Orders over $500 are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Original Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping. If your original order included the $15 shipping charge, that charge is non-refundable.

CUSTOM

Custom Orders

Custom-size and personalized rugs are made specifically for your order and are non-returnable.

Contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.
