How quickly will my rug arrive?
Most rugs are made to order and typically ship within approximately 10 business days. You'll automatically receive tracking information once your order ships.
How do I initiate a return?
Simply send us a message. Standard rugs may be returned within 30 days in new, unused condition. Custom-sized rugs are not eligible for return.
Will the rug curl at the edges?
No. Vintage Vinyl rugs are designed to lay flat. After shipping they may simply need a short time to fully relax.
How do I care for it?
Dust mop regularly and wipe clean with a damp cloth. For tougher messes, use mild hand soap diluted with water. Avoid dragging heavy furniture across the surface and always use felt pads beneath furniture legs.
Can I use it outdoors?
Yes. Vintage Vinyl rugs perform beautifully in covered porches and other protected outdoor living spaces. We recommend avoiding prolonged standing water and harsh weather exposure.
Will it arrive rolled?
Yes. Every rug ships rolled for safe transit and is designed to lay flat after unrolling.

Update on previous review “Terrible customer service”
Customer service finally responded after a 6 days and they were apologetic for their delay in responding due to being busy. They offered a discount which was appreciated and they have a plan in the works for better response to their customers. I did receive my purchase and I am genuinely happy with the rug. The detail and quality are impressive and go beautifully in my dining room. Even after the hassle I went through I would order from this company again. Four stars for customer service by five stars for the rug quality.
